Immersive High-Stress Scenario Training
A fully immersive virtual reality training program designed to move learners beyond linear instruction and put their knowledge, decision-making, and performance to the test. Through realistic scenarios, interactive task performance, and instructor-driven variables, learners must apply what they have learned while responding to dynamic, high-pressure situations. The experience strengthens problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and rapid decision-making to better prepare learners for the challenges they may encounter in real-world job environments.
